Full Council meetings are open to the public and are held either all virtually via Zoom by computer or phone, or as hybrid meetings with both in-person and virtual participation via Zoom. Access to virtual only meetings is also available at the UCP/PaRC Office, 55 Utley Drive, Camp Hill, PA; hybrid meetings use a different on-site location. CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) and ASL (American Sign Language) interpreters are provided during PaRC Full Council meetings
To request additional accommodations, confirm attendance, or submit public comments in advance, please contact PaRC at parc@parehabilitationcouncil.org or 717-975-2004. Attendance confirmations must be sent at least three 3 days before, and accommodation requests at least ten 10 days prior to each meeting. Zoom access information will be provided upon confirmation of attendance.
